FLAMINGO is a pyrolysis techonlogy which turns most kinds of wastes into methane gas and electricity at 2000°C
FLAMINGO processes plastic wastes directly and converts into electricity at high efficiency
Built for both centralized and decentralized waste processing
Ideal for distributed community use across the world: converting wastes into energy locally even for off grid areas
Flamingo 500 will be the first ever mini-sized waste pyrolysis equipment to process all kinds of household wastes
Serious Social Problems
Flamingo Solution to 4 Key Big Problems
Solid Waste Landfill
Reduces waste volume down to 18%
Power for Remote Communities
Processes wastes and converts to electricity for remote and off-grid communities
City Waste Transfer
Eliminates the need to transfer wastes over long distances
Plastic Recycling and Pollution
Converts each ton of plastic wastes to 750mᶟ of natural gas without toxic biproducts
Ultra-High Temperature Pyrolysis
The Theory - Ultra-High Temperature Pyrolysis
The pyrolysis(or devolatilization) process is the thermal decomkposition of materials at elevated temperatures in an anaerobic environment. It involves a rapid change of chemical composition of materials into carbon and hydrocarboin gasses.
Comples carbon-based molecules are broken down into simple carbon structure under certain temperature and pressure. The gasification process also produces hydrogen and oxygen-based gases(CH4, CO, CO2, etc.).
The excess carbon atoms, potassium and phosphorus atoms are condensed into a solid biological char.
Our "Ultra-High Temperature" pyrolysis process is characterized by our ability to create flames over 2000°C while most other pyrolysis equipment can only produce up to 1700°C for processing wastes.

CLEAN POWER GENERATION
Use wastes, instead of fossil fuel to generate electricity
Advanced Ultra high-temperature pyrolysis technology can ahieve zero pollution.
Converting wastes into synthetic gas and then electricity, replacing fossil fuel.
ULTRA-HIGH TEMPERATURE
No fossil fuel to generate ultra-high temperature plasma flame
Plasma flame can easily achieve above 2000°C even with our basic model.
Even plastic wastes can be pocessed directly without generating dioxin or toxic pollution.
HIGH POWER GENERATION
Each ton of wastes produces well over 1500kWh of electricity
Each ton of wastes consumes a total of 80kWh but produces well over 1500kWh of electricity.
Output Vs. Input electricity>20x.
